Graphic Arts Capabilities

Surtech has positioned itself to be a one-stop single source of metal finishing services such as pad printing and screen printing. These finishing technologies include graphic art capabilities that can provide the final finishing touch to a project. The graphic capabilities have expanded over the years as specialized designs have been requested to complete a project. Surtech is continually developing new processes and adding additional services to provided solutions to difficult customer challenges.

Capabilities

Our present graphic process capabilities include:

• Production screen-printing of multiple colors using thermo setting inks
• Production pad printing
• Computer generated graphics and vinyl lettering
• Screen printing
• Etching on metal and glass

Capacities

• Ferrous and non-ferrous substrates can be coated.
• Screen-printing parts configurations not to exceed 30 inches wide by 30 inches long.
• Pad printed images up to 4 inches by 4 inches working impression
• Etching part configuration not to exceed 60 inches wide by 120 inches long
• Special masking can be developed.
