Capabilities

• In our York facility, metal liquid coatings are applied in an environmentally controlled side draft, automotive style paint booth. Application equipment includes conventional spray, HVLP systems, pre-heated pump delivery systems, and robotic applications when required.
• Force curing capacities exist in ovens with the part size capacity of 84 inches wide by 120 inches long and 48 inches high
• Small electric oven capacity exist for curing clear lacquers
• Pre-treatments can include iron phosphate conversion, abrasive blast prep, and ultra-sonic degreasing
• Ferrous and non-ferrous substrates can be coated.
• Special masking can be developed.
• Coating systems that have been applies include: Epoxy systems, acrylic water-born systems, air dry and forced cured clear lacquers, urethane, polyurethane and conductive coating systems.
